William M. Gibson

Gibson, William M. (Snook) passed on Thursday August 2, 2018 while visiting his son in North Carolina. Age 96, of Greenfield. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (Carcia) Gibson. Loving father of Lynn R. (Jerry) Smoyer of Pittsburgh, and William M. (Susan) Gibson Jr. of Greenville, NC. Grandfather of Bill, Jerry, Ben, and Nick. Great- grandfather of 2. Bill was a former employee of U.S. Steel for 47 years, a 32nd Degree- mason of the Dallas blue Lodge, and a proud WWII Navy Veteran. Friends will be received on Thursday at 11 a.m. until time of Service at 2 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. Internment with military honors will take place in Jefferson Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The National M.S.
