Bernadette "Bonnie" (Shaffer) McCaffrey

Bernadette J. McCaffrey “Bonnie” 82, of Penn Hills formerly of Greenfield. Passed peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer’s on Thursday December 4, 2025. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerry McCaffrey. Survived by her loving children Patrick, Keith (Kelly), and Michael McCaffrey. Beloved Mema of Connor, Megan, and Danny McCaffrey. Also survived by her brother Jimmers (Denise) Shaffer, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. Funeral Thursday at 9:30 A.M. in the funeral home with funeral mass at 10A.M. in St Paul Cathedral Parish Saint Rosalia Worship Site. In Lieu of flowers donations in Bonnie’s name may be made to Heartland Hospice or The Alzheimer’s Association.
