Cynthia “Cindy” Haskell, 73, of Pittsburgh, was called to be with the Lord on December 21, 2022. She passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Haskell and Lottie McCusker Haskell.
She is survived by her loving partner, James “Jim” Dixon and his entire family, which she loved as her own.
She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Haskell; three daughters, Christine Bouajaja (Mourad), Stephanie Prosdocimo, and Jennifer Stubbs (Quintin); grandchildren, Sean Gleeson (Jolene), Sarah Saello, Dino Saello, John “Jack” Hersick, David Hersick, Addison Stubbs, Sadie Stubbs, and Hendrix Stubbs; and great-grandchildren, Lailah, Josh, Isabella, Audrina, Harper, and Paisley.
Cindy was a collector of knickknacks, an expert wine taster, an animal lover, and the queen of corny puns. Her generosity and her intelligence were unmatched. She was always the shoulder you could cry on, the ear that would listen, and the heart that offered so much love.
In her final days, she enjoyed spending time with her family, and she loved her getaways with Jim at Canadohta Lake.
As per Cindy’s wishes, there will be no public memorial services.
