George Kieszek

Kieszek George “Buddy” 65, formally of Greenfield. Passed after an illness surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, December 10th, 2023. Preceded in death by his mother, Lavon Kieszek. Survived by his loving partner of over 30 years, Karen Gomory; beloved sister, Mary “Bonnie” Kieszek and daughter, Kayla Kieszek. George was a proud Central Catholic High School graduate, class of 1977, and a University of Pittsburgh graduate. After school, George had 35 years experience in the architecture/construction admin field with numerous companies. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. in The Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. A Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Catholic High School or McCandless-Franklin Park Ambulance Authority.
