Hilda DiFebo

Hilda A. DiFebo, age 93, formerly of Hazelwood, passed peacefully on Friday, November 10th, 2023 at the Peters Township Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  Hilda was predeceased by her brothers Albert and John; sister Helen; and cousins Joseph (formerly of Geenville, PA) and Mary.  Helen is survived by her nephew Joseph of Jonesborough, TN, and numerous cousins, family, and friends. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500, Greenfield Ave. 15207. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Rosalia Church at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 7th, 2023.Mass will be followed by a luncheon in Hilda's honor, at Dorothy 6 Blast Furnace Café’ at 224 East 8th Avenue in Homestead. Since Hilda was a lover of dogs, in lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania or a charity of your choice.
