Judith “Judy” Hilliard Hiniker, 78, peacefully passed away on September 18, 2026, at her home in Pittsburgh.

She was born on October 9, 1947, in Washington, DC, to Maurice Jackson Hilliard and Elizabeth (Guzowski) Hilliard. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Daniel Hiniker, and her brother John Hilliard. She will be dearly remembered by her daughter Alexandra Hiniker; her grandson Phoenix French; her siblings Maurine Kostkowski and Dale Hilliard; and their families. She was happiest on a horse, tending to her garden of native plants, and playing with her grandson. Judy's kindness touched many over the years, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held in Maryland at a later date. Services will be private.
