Defazio Kathy, 63 of Export formerly of Swissvale. Passed Peacefully on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Loving wife of Robert “Cookie” Defazio; devoted mother of Michael Wade, Samantha, Cara, Thomas and John; Sister of Debbie, Mary, Beth, Joey and the late Wade. Kathy is also survived by numerous other family and friends. Friends will be received on Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. A Blessing Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
