Kanai, Margaret (Murray) on Thursday, February 17, 2022 in West Palm Beach Florida, age 98, formerly of Greenfield. Beloved wife of the late Edward P. Kanai. Cherished mother of Edward P. (Judy) Jr, David M. (Kate), Donald C. (Roseann), Christine P. (Thomas) Grana of Warren PA, Dennis J. (Cynthia) of Atlantis FL, Timothy S. (Janet) of Lake Worth FL, Peter P. (Polly) of Shelby NC, and the late James S. Kanai. Sister of James Murray of Carnegie, and the late Marcella Clark, Charlotte Vice, Mary Christie, Maureen Spirko (her twin), John, William, and Robert Murray. Also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret enjoyed playing bridge, golfing and volunteering for many organizations in both Pittsburgh and Florida. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. Funeral on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Rosalia Church.
