Marie Drak

Drak, Marie “Toni” 73, of Swissvale formerly of Oakland. Passed surrounded by loved ones on Sunday March 19, 2023. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Leonard Drak. Survived by her loving children Henry (Charlotta) Dragenflo, Bettina Drak, and Robert (Sarah) Drak. Loving Nunny of Joey, Freya, Hans, and Lena. Also survived by her brother Rocco Conti, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Marie was a beloved Mother and a cherished Nunny, equal parts tender and tough. She survived cancer three times and had a saint's endurance for stopping to talk to friends in grocery stores. Her almost-famous poppyseed cake never got a no; it was a staple at the many parties she threw to celebrate her friends and family. She was loved by many and will be missed by many more.
