Mary Florida

Florida Mary 92, of Murrysville. Passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Gerald Florida and brother John Waite. Survived by her loving son Ian (Kelly Jo) Florida, and grandchildren Hannah and Jonathan. Also survived by her sister Margaret Jean Henk, numerous nieces and nephews, and other family.  Mary was a 1951 Graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.  She enjoyed tutoring students, gardening, walking at Murrysville Community Park, and Attending church at First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville. A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville. 3202 North Hills Rd. Murrysville PA. 15668 on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville. Arrangements entrusted to the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home
