Nancy (Joyce) Tanney

Tanney, Nancy 85, formerly of Forest Hills passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 20th, 2021. Preceded in death by her son-in-law Jim Kirby and Sonny Cohen. Survived by her loving husband of 64 years Tom Tanney. Her loving daughters Barbara (Dennis) Kirby, Peggy (Tony Duronio) Tanney, and Susan Cohen. Beloved Grammy of Hannah (Sam Caraballo) Kirby, Katie (Markus) Ernstberger, Joe (Morgan) Cohen, and Mary Cohen. GG of Elizabeth Cohen and Oliver Ernstberger. She is also survived by her brother Joseph (Joslyn Ewart) Joyce. Loving wife and mother, whose greatest joy was spending time with her family. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Funeral Home. Funeral Wednesday at 10 AM at St. Paul Cathedral Parish – St. Rosalia Worship Site.
