Raymond Kincaid Obituary

Kincaid Raymond “Ray” 70, of Greenfield. Passed away after a short illness on Friday, January 13th, 2023. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 36 years Diane Renee Kincaid; loving grandchildren, Freddie and Keegan; sisters, Teresa Heberling and Patty Kincaid; and brother Daniel Kincaid. Survived by his favorite daughter, Kelly Kincaid; beloved sister, Jean Marie Lynch. Ray is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. Funeral Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Paul Cathedral Parish—St. Rosalia Church Worship site.
