Richard McClain

Richard McClain 84, of West Mifflin formerly of Greenfield. Passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Monday, September 1st, 2025. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Huella McClain; brothers, Randall and Samuel McClain; and grand daughter, Kimberly. Survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Barbara DeGore McClain; his loving children, Richard (Michele), Samuel, Lori (Meg)., Toni (Tom) Petro; beloved grandchildren, Sarah, Allison, Mike, John (Cee), Samuel (Heather), Laurie, Elizabeth, Christopher ( Sarah), Thomas (Nikkie) and Abigail (R.J.); great grandchildren, Ava, William, Ellie, Mikenzie, Hayden, Garrett, Leo, Taylor, Rowan, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Connor, Owen, Tommy, and Corey; Sisters, Jan Pruszynski, and Marilyn McClain Hart; and brother in law, Samuel (Cassie) DeGore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.  Friends will be received on Friday from 5-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. Funeral Saturday in the Funeral Home, with a Blessing Service at 10:30 a.m.
