Sarah E. “Sally” Blake, 87 of Hazelwood. Passed peacefully on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles “Chuck” Blake. Survived by her loving children Martin (Beverly) Blake, and Helen Blake; cherrished grandchildren Justin, Heather, Stephanie, Samantha and the late T.J. Sally is also survived by numerour nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Sunday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. 15207. A Blessing Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
