Modrak, Helen (Maderas) peacefully went home to God, with her loving daughter at her side, on Saturday January 28, 2017 (8Days short of her 100th birthday.) Cherished mother of Elaine Branson. Daughter of the late Michael and Julia (Zofchak) Maderas. Sister of the late George Maderas, Anna Durzo, Mary DiPietro, John Maderas, Andrew Maderas, Margaret Maderas, Endi Maderas, and Mary Maderas. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Tuesday 6-8 PM and Wednesday 2-4, and 6-8 PM in the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home, 500 Greenfield Ave. Funeral Thursday at 11:30 AM followed by Funeral Mass in the St. Rosalia Church at 12 Noon. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at the Vincentian Home for their wonderful care.
